# `doc`

Use `doc` to document a snippet or a block. The content of a `doc` tag is not parsed or rendered, so you can put Liquid examples in it.

```liquid
{% doc %}
  Renders a product card.

  @param {product} product - The product to show
  @param {boolean} [show_vendor] - Whether to show the vendor

  @example
  {% render 'product-card', product: product %}
